Cancellation Policy

We value and respect your time as well as ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Booking and Credit Card Requirement:
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking.
Cancellation Notice:
Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to their scheduled appointments.
Cancellation Fee - Less than 48 Hours' Notice:
Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours' cancellation notice will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
Same Day Cancellations, No Call, No Show:
In the event of a same-day cancellation, no call, or no show, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled services to the credit card saved on file.
Late Arrivals:
Please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time, as a courtesy to the next scheduled client. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their appointments within the 48-hour window without incurring any fees, subject to availability.
